
The Indian Navy has released the advertisement for recruitment to the post of Executive & Technical Branch Through 10+2 (B.Tech) Entry Permanent Commission July 2025 batch. The Age, Eligibility & Vacancies for the course are as under –
Branch – Executive & Technical
Vacancy – 36
Gender – Men and Women (maximum of 07 vacancies for women)
Age – Born between 02 Jan 2006 and 01 Jul 2008 (both dates inclusive)
Educational Qualification :
Passed Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 Pattern) or i5s equivalent examination from any recognized Board with at least 70% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and at least 50% marks in English (either in Class X or Class XII).
Who can Apply –
Candidates who have appeared for JEE (Main) – 2024 exam (for B.E/B. Tech). Call up for Service Selection Board will be issued on the basis of JEE (Main) All India Common Rank List (CRL) – 2024 published by NTA.

Merit list
Merit list would be prepared based on SSB marks. Candidates declared fit in medical examination would be appointed subject to police verification and character verification & availability of vacancies in the entry.
Training: –
- (a) Selected candidates will be inducted as Cadets for the four years B. Tech Course in Applied Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electronics & Communications Engineering as per Naval requirement. On completion of the course, B. Tech Degree will be awarded by Jawaharlal Nehru University. Distribution of cadets amongst Executive and Technical Branch (Engineering & Electrical) as per the extant policy.
- The entire cost of training, including books and reading material, will be borne by the Indian Navy. The cadets will also be provided with entitled clothing and messing.
