The IBPS Clerk Main Exam 2024 is the second and final phase of the recruitment process for the position of Clerk in public sector banks in India. It is conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) after the Preliminary Exam. Candidates who clear the preliminary exam are eligible to appear for the Main Exam.The Main Exam is more comprehensive than the preliminary phase, with a focus on areas like financial awareness and computer aptitude, which are crucial for clerical roles in banks. Candidates who clear the Main Exam are directly selected for the position, as there is no interview phase in the IBPS Clerk recruitment process.
